"I'm assuming this doesn't end well."

Netflix have just released their first teaser trailer for David Ayer's (Suicide Squad) Bright.

Will Smith and director David Ayer are set to reunite after Suicide Squad (2016) for the Max Landis (Chronicle) scripted fantasy thriller Bright.

Landis' original concept blends fantasy mythology with cop thriller action, as Smith and Joel Edgerton (Warrior) are playing a human and an orc who must outrun the authorities, criminals and a variety of supernatural beings to protect a powerful magic wand. Lucy Fry (Vampire Academy) is Tikka, a young elf with her own magical abilities who comes into possession of the wand and needs the leads' help when dark forces try to hunt her down.

From the first glimpse of the film, it is certainly interesting, with a cast that also includes Noomi Rapace (Prometheus), Edgar Ramirez (The Girl On The Train) and Ike Barinholtz (Suicide Squad).

Bright will hit Netflix in December.
