As if the train wasn't A list packed enough already, Kenneth Branagh (Cinderella) has assigned one more seat aboard his new adaptation of Agatha Christie's Murder On The Orient Express. News arrives via Deadline that Penélope Cruz is also now aboard.

Adapted for the screen by Michael Green (Green Lantern), Branagh's take on the tale of Hercule Poirot (with the director nabbing the role of the detective himself) investigating a murder aboard the titular train already boasts an eclectic assortment of actors that includes Johnny Depp (Alice In Wonderland), Daisy Ridley (Star Wars: The Force Awakens), Judi Dench (Skyfall), Michelle Pfeiffer (Dark Shadows), Michael Peña (Ant-Man), Derek Jacobi (Anonymous), Tom Bateman (Creditors), Lucy Boynton (Sing Street) and Hamilton alumnus Leslie Odom Jr. Kenzari. Deadline's report doesn't mention what Cruz will be doing in the movie, but she is certainly in good company.

Branagh is preparing to shoot soon and Murder On The Orient Express will pull into cinemas on 22 November.
