"It's about making sure you surprise them – and they don't surprise you."

EuropaCorp have recently released their first trailer and one sheet for John Madden's (Shakespeare In Love) Miss Sloane.

Miss Sloane finds Jessica Chastain (Zero Dark Thirty) as Elizabeth Sloane, one of the more ruthless and successful political strategists to stalk the halls of Washington. She is a lobbyist employed by big companies and powerful concerns to try to win over politicians and her latest assignment might just be her toughest.

She wades into the attempt to get new gun control legislation pushed through, putting her up against some of the most dangerous opponents she has ever faced and threatening both her job and those few people close to her.

With a cast that includes the likes of Mark Strong (Kingsman: The Secret Service), Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Beyond The Lights), Alison Pill (Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World), Michael Stuhlbarg (A Serious Man), Sam Waterston (The Killing Fields) and John Lithgow (Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes), Miss Sloane arrives in the US 9 December but has yet to secure a UK release date.
