Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 Super Bowl TV spot arrives online

Paramount Pictures have recently released their Super Bowl TV spot for Dave Green's (Earth To Echo) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows.

Proof that a critical mauling isn't quite enough to stifle franchise ambitions, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) managed enough of a box office haul to justify a sequel.

Leaning further into the mythology of both the original comic books and the 1980s cartoon version of the characters, hence the arrival of mutated enemies Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams) and Rocksteady (Stephen Farrelly), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows ramps up the Michael Bay flavoured action (he is once again a producer).

Joining the mutant mayhem is Stephen Amell (Arrow) as vigilante friend Casey Jones, who, if his storyline holds true to the source material, will become a love interest for Megan Fox's April O'Neil.

We will have to wait until 3 June to see if the movie, which also features Tyler Perry (Alex Cross), and the returning Will Arnett and William Fichtner, can win over more than just the younger audience and keep the pizza party going.
