"Once he has the sword, that will be the end of all of us."

Netflix have recently released their first trailer and one sheet for Woo-Ping Yuen's (True Legend) Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword Of Destiny.

Once subtitled Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: The Green Legend, the long awaited sequel to Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) is finally ready to leap on to our screens.

Adapted from the fifth book of Wang Du Lu's Crane-Iron pentalogy, originally called Silver Vase, Iron Knight (the original Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon drew from the fourth tome) the movie's plot has been kept largely quiet, though Michelle Yeoh returns as Yu Shu-Lien in a story involves redemption, sacrifice and the fight to keep an ancient, powerful sword out of the hands of an evil warlord.

With a script by John Fusco (The Forbidden Kingdom) and fight choreography legend Woo-Ping Yuen calling the shots, Yeoh is joined for this one by Donnie Yen (Ip Man) as Silent Wolf, Harry Shum Jr (Glee) as Tiefang, Jason Scott Lee (Seventh Son) as Hades Dai, Juju Chan (Fist Of The Dragon) as Silver Dart Shi, Chris Pang (I, Frankenstein) as Flying Blade, Darryl Quon (Night At The Museum) as Turtle Ma, Roger Yuan (Skyfall) as Iron Crow and Shuya Chang (Revenge Of The Green Dragons) as Jen Yu. Netflix are backing this one, and will have it ready for streaming from 26 February.
