"I'm not machine, not man... I'm more."

Paramount Pictures have recently released their latest 'pay off' trailer for Alan Taylor's (Thor: The Dark World) Terminator Genisys, revealing an all new Terminator and the actor who plays it. So sound the spoiler klaxon and buckle up for something pretty intriguing...

So yes, John Connor (Jason Clarke) himself is the new Terminator, with the power to disintegrate and reform at will. Part human, part machine. But how does this work with the time travel/reboot nature of the film?

There are also a number of intriguing titbits littered throughout the trailer, including the Arnie on Arnie fight, the new young John Connor, and the 'Genisys' billboard that flashes past briefly. The trailer certainly shows a lot of the pyrotechnics fans of the franchise have to look forward to, with more no doubt still in store on the big screen.

With Emilia Clarke (Game Of Thrones), Jai Courtney (Jack Reacher), Byung-hun Lee (G.I. Joe: Retaliation), Matt Smith (Doctor Who), J.K. Simmons (Whiplash), Dayo Okeniyi (The Hunger Games) and Sandrine Holt (Underworld: Awakening) among the cast, Terminator Genisys is set to arrive in our cinemas on 3 July.
